Long covid gut health

So I barley found out what a gut microbiome was after I had long covid 🀦🏿 so uh yeah it’s not the healthiest. So I have been trying to eat better so i drink kefir. Can you guys help me out on how to make my gut health / immune system better especially for long covid. Been seeing studies about gut health and long covid. So what I take is Vitamin c 3,000mg Vitamin D 5,000IU selenium L-lysine monolaurine Seamoss ( when able to) Kefir Collagen Zinc Melatonin Beet root powder Fish oil B12
