I hadn’t been dreaming much lately until I started eating full helpings of cooked vegetables during the day (for instance - a helping of cooked asparagus, brussel sprouts, and string beans).
Each night, I’m having detailed and vivid dreams. I’m not eating late (not past 8PM) and I’m not having nightmares.
Is the digestion of these varied fibers having some kind of effect on my microbiome and influencing my sleep/dreams?
I consider it a positive effect because I wasn’t dreaming much at all before… I’m just wondering what these dreams are indicating, given the addition of these vegetables to my diet….
