Deviated septum = gut dysbiosis?
Post Body

Here me out here. I have been struggling BAD with getting my gut health back on track after MANY rounds of antibiotics over the years to ‘fix’ a skin issue that always returns, in the exact same areas around my nose. Seems like my nose is always runny too. So it turns out I have a badly deviated septum which is very likely contributing to my awful sleep. I’m 41 y/o male, very active, don’t drink or eat any sugar, refined carbs or alcohol (for years now!) and haven’t been able to get my gut right.

Could the poor sleep (I get up 4x per night due to clogged nose) be preventing my gut from fully healing??

I’ve done stool tests going back 6 years, diet changes, supplements, skin topicals. I’ve tried them all.

Could this be the missing puzzle piece??
