B.O. after quitting alcoholism of 10 years

Greetings. I am told I have BO when I wake up. It is there in the room I sleep in, but it goes away. I stopped drinking alcohol after a divorce ( didn’t realize I was roped into ex spouse’s alcohol abuse until it ended). It is there when I wake up. I am seeing an accupuncturist for issues not related but they said my liver is in disharmony. Does anybody have experience with this?
Edited to add I do not eat deli meats or cheese. I don’t drink coffee, I drink herbal teas but not religiously.
