Should I treat my low levels of H. Pylori on my recent GI MAPs?

Post Body

I've done triple therapy and 3 months of herbal treatment and these are my current results.

I still have SIBO "confirmed via breath test for all 3 types of sibo", and I have candida "confirmed OATs".

But my 1st infection I caught was H. Pylori which was causing me a whole ton of nightmare of symptoms. I also did a conventional breath test and a triple stool test at a hospital very recently for H. Pylori and they were negative.

My SIBO relapsed after an intense 2 month herbal treatment within a week or 2 after discontinuing the herbal treatment. So I'm trying to find my SIBO root cause also.

But what do you all think about my current H. Pylori levels? Are they warranted to be needed another round of herbal treatment? I don't have anymore gastritis, constant vomiting episodes, stomach pains, panic attacks, heart palpitations, and low blood pressure episodes. Which I had all these plus more before I detected positive for H. Pylori.
