Post Body

This may be a sort of weird question, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of where to snag 1/4 (or 1/2 depending on price) cows or pigs? I plan on going the bulk route this next year if possible. I'm particularly interested in suggestions for where to buy:

  • 1/4 cow or 1/2 cow
  • 1/2 pig
  • whole sheep (not lamb - sheep if possible)
  • whole plucked and gutted chickens

If you have any suggestions, I'd be grateful! Especially if you've done it and can give me an example of what you paid for total weight fees and whatnot. Any info is appreciated!
