Asking from Canada: Michigan and Ontario share a close bond not only geographically but also economically and culturally. After Trump won Michigan and announced he will punish Canada with 25% tariffs if Canada doesn't tighten its border, I start wondering how people in Michigan view Canada. Do more and more Michiganian hold a negative view toward Canada? If so, what are the major reasons? I know this post can lead to some unfriendly arguements, and I'm sorry if that happen, I just want to know how average people feel because most report on the news today don't necessarily represent the public view in my opinion.
