I've had to move in with my grandma after losing my job due to cancer. I'm trying to find another wfh position and stay here with her for a couple months so I can try to save up a little, but she doesn't have wifi, which I will need for work. I'm looking through providers and I've only found one - Viassat and reliable speed costs a crazy $150-200 PER MONTH. I'm so crestfallen. I knew it was going to be rough, but my god?!
Has anyone had any luck with any other providers or am I screwed? Is this company as big a pain in the ass as I am already anticipating they'll be?
