I mean this in a non judgmental and sincerely curious way, why have you stayed? I see a lot of comments from hard working folks on this sub saying "I've been here X years and I can't afford life" - what makes you stay? The cost of living isn't improving anytime soon, and I can't imagine getting that short stick and having to stress about how to afford life. Hell, dying ain't even free. I feel for yall and I just kind of want to know, since the benefits that the company offers aren't really earth shattering
In a weird way, this company has some of the longest tenured employees I've seen at any company in a minute compared to compensation for most, and I can't figure it out
Thanks in advance for your insight, and I hope it gets better for you all!
