We’ve had issues with the new pin pads. Customers were charged 2-3x during their transaction. Even some the next few days when the customer isn’t buying/in store, they are being charged for the same transaction a few times on their cards through the week.
Isn’t that a form of fraud/data breach? Not 1 or 2 people but over 30 customers this has happened to. I’m not sure how Michaels thinks this is ok… at all.
Corporate does nothing and won’t answer our calls. Do they not think this is a serious issue?
