Holy smokes, the amount of Grown, 'Adult' people who refuse to use self checkout because "[theyre] bad with tecnology" aka just want to be waited on is unbelievable. How have you survived this long? I had someone scream at a young kid working for us and I had to come in (MOD) and tell them if they'd like to submit a complaint they can reach the corporate line as we have no say in it.
The longer I spend with the public, the more it makes me want to want to go hermit and give up on society. It's a Craft store. Get a GRIP Karen, Daren, and fuck off
