Is it possible to re-glue it?

Hi, I noticed that this part of my softtop stand off, on both sides. I think the sun made is loose it's effect. It's a pre facelift 1999 NB, can I just re-glue it? Is there a special glue you would recommend? I think the top is made of vinyl
