I can appreciate that people think the American Government has bad policies, but I think its bullshit that people call a big white boy like me gringo when im visiting Mexico City. Or ask me if i want chicken nuggets when i grew up in a predominatley Mexican American neighborhood and can make some pretty damn good Mexican food. Ive seen whole neighborhpods change as Mexicans seek better lives in Arizona, but I cringe when white people say they are taking our jobs or making our neighborhoods.
I have not experienced this outside of Mexico City, and maybe people dont realize i can understand Spanish, but its pretty disgusting.
Edit: thanks for all the responses, in hindsight i was drunk while posting and my wife passed out from a long day so i was shit commenting on responses. I dont take life too serious, its to short and i can appreciate all the angles. In the scheme of things i could have had much worse experiences and 99% of my experiences in Mexico City were awesome
