If you dont care about flavour, can you use the same chewing gum everyday for jawline exercise, just rinsing and storing the used gum in the fridge after you get tired of chewing ???

I´m on a keto diet, so I cannot consume even sugarless "xylitol" gums, which still have lots of carbs when you need to chew a "large bolus" of more than 10 units (like Mike Mew recommends)...And I cannot find the totally unsweet "gum base" for sale in my country.

So what I did was chewing the xylitol gums and "spit" the sweetener, but it´s too hard to keep spitting the carbohydrates FOR OVER 2 HOURS, in order to make it totally flavourless (like gum base)

I only want to use the gum for the jawline exercise, I DONT WANT TO KEEP "SPITTING" in case I needed to use new gum on a regular basis.

But I need to know what problems may arise if I keep using the same gum "over and over again", and never disposing it ????
