I changed the way I was mewing because I was doing it wrong. I used to align my lower teeth with the upper teeth because if I don't, my chin recedes bcos of my overbite and I look so ugly. I still use this posture in public though, unless I'm with a mask.
Now I'm taking mewing more seriously, but since I close my mouth normally now, my teeth keep grinding each other when I'm pressing my palate or adjusting my tongue, and while most of the pressure is done by my tongue, they're still getting some pressure. I already had problems with bruxism before and don't wanna make it worse when I'm sleeping. Any advice?
