Face bloated after chewing for an hour or so

Hi all, Iām 17 and I started mewing properly this year, I did it incorrectly last year, but now Iām doing it properly. I chew for a total of 2-3 hours a day (usually 1.5 hour sessions) but after chewing, my face looks bloated but then the next day it looks fine, is this normal? Or could I be using my buccinators? If so, are there any ways to minimise using them while chewing
