I've watched a couple of videos and understand you're supposed to put your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth but when I try it feels like only the end of my tongue can do that. The back of my tongue doesn't reach so I'm confused on what I'm supposed to do. Going to do all the crunching carrots and mastic gum and all that mallarky too but need help with the mewing part. Thanks
