First time mewer looking for advice

Hi, really want to give this a try as ive never had a good jawline or chin. Currently hiding it under a beard. I read a few guides and they're all telling me to put my tongue flat against the roof of my mouth but I feel like I physically can't. Maybe I have a short tongue or something but the back part of my tongue won't reach the back of the roof of my mouth at all. To me it feels like its only the end of my tongue reaching the roof of my mouth. Any advice?
