Zeiss Calypso Sphere Problem
Post Body

Hi all,

Hoping some bright spark can help solve this issue for me.

Measuring a sphere placed on our CMM rotary table, as the table rotates, we remeasure the sphere, the feature/characteristics are copy and paste, from a working sphere measurement (position 1 Y-). Seven out of the eight positions work fine, however position 5 at Y crashes! It looks like it thinks the sphere is upside down as the helix scan goes Z-, as opposed to Z like all the others! Tried flipping the vector, definitely didn’t work, tried placing a CMM move point in before hand, machine positions correctly then dive bombs again! All the values (been copies) are the same as the other working spheres, so I’m at a loss! Any help would be much appreciated!
