How to determine L E2=(2.5+5L/1000) um
Post Body

Iā€™m not quite sure if the ā€œE2ā€ means anything more than just have ā€œEā€. I have a loose understanding of what this means. It gives the accuracy over the given length, ā€œLā€. How is L determined? I am trying to make sense of how accurate a vision system Iā€™m using is. Is it the entire stage length, or is ā€œLā€ more appropriate applied to the length of the part being inspected l?
