Revvl 6X, Bought new less than 50 days ago, won't charge/turn on
Post Body

I got a Revvl 6X not quite 2 months ago, and a day ago it started to not take a charge. Even bought a new cord and wall plug, and it was saying it was going to take 4 days to get from 20% to full charge. And it was even draining while plugged in.

Here's my dilemma, my service is up tomorrw/today (the 29th), i can't even log into metro to pay it, let alone even get any customer service agents to talk to me with out that stupid text verification crap after I told them I can not even access it, as it will not turn on, nor will it charge. They said you will have to go to the store,........ Um, 1) it's Thanksgiving, they;re not open. 2) That's a 60 mile round trip just to go, and be possibly told i'm screwed.

I did not purchase the protection plan, because I didn't have the funds, when I switched from Cricket (their service sucked in my area and my old phone hit the dust after 6 years), to add that expense. I'm on a fixed income, and barely can afford to stay alive. I have not dropped the phone, exposed it to damgage, nothing. I think it should be covered for warranty as defective.

I just don't want to make an trip to the store and to be told "Sorry can't help". I'm beyond frustrated. It's not been even 2 months, before it went ka-poot. What are your thoughts?
