Have to say, I am exceeding glad to be getting rid of this shitcan of a supposed cell company. I recently signed up with another carrier. Got my phone right away, sim card right away, everything going fine except, Metro won't release my ...MY ...repeat MY phone number that I brought with me from the very first Tracphone that I ever owned waaaaay back....20 plus years.... not their number...MY number. Number transfer keeps failing as I now find out that Metro has locked my number. so I called rude ass CSR (term used loosely) that all she did was talk over me and would not give me a number transfer pin as, surprise, i could not tell her the date my service with Shithole PCS started. She would not even answer my question about if she meant original date i started with this miserable ass company or was referring to my last phone upgrade (neither date I know ...stupid fucking question) I answered all the other zillion questions correctly but since I didn't know date, she said had to go to loc metro store...the fucking weasel at my local store I would not trust to do anything right, I don't drive so now have get on bust to god knows where to get this corrected. God help them if at anytime they tell me i have to call CS....i am done with this rinky dink shithole service.. I'll get my number back if I have to dismantle the store brick by brick.
