Temporary 6 digit code takes too long

I'm trying to check my account and I have to have the 6 digit temporary code which gets texted to my phone. But here's the problem, sometimes it takes 20 or 30 min for the text to come through. Sometimes it doesn't come through at all. Anyone having problems with this?
