I know obviously this will be mostly personal preference. Tbh I don't even know if what I want is meta and whether or not they would do it on the NHS. I want a mons resection(where they pull the skin up to make penis look higher up?), my inner labia removed and possibly wrapped around the shaft to create a foreskin, and maybe clitoral release (my only worry with this is sexual sensation). I don't want UL or testicles and I feel that maybe going through surgery may not be worth the hassle for such minor changes what with the possibility of complications and healing in general. This also isn't the ideal for me (ideal would essentially be a working transplant), and I don't know if I should go through surgery just to still want something more, however having my current genitals isn't a good option either 😅. I'm kind of looking for a bit of advice on whether you think it would be worth having surgery or just sucking it up the best I can, also if the options I want are actually available on the NHS. From what I've been able to find in the few years I've been looking, it seems you can't get a lot of information until you have an appointment and I don't want to waste a space on the waiting list if I'm not sure
