almost 3 years ago CPS unfortunately was in my life. my worker this must’ve been one of his first cases he had no idea what he was doing and he was really overzealous. he was maybe 5 foot tall maybe shorter and I’m a tall nordic Female And I’d like to think I’m reasonably attractive and he was super intimidated by me. This is something obvious from his body language. people are intimidated by me all the time ( when your a female this is a hard thing to deal with because I’m a introvert shy over giver awkward right?) so I tried to be nice at first but let’s be real it’s CPS so they’re always looking for a reason to bust you over something even the way Attourney told me never to do a drug test and I found out later why you should never do a drug test for CPS. I agreed to do one cause I didn’t wanna be a jerk and it was a huge mistake when I went to his office he called me and come right away I showed up he calls me to a private office and he tells me “you’ve tested negative for Methadone” I have been in the methadone clinic that I was in for at least six months not to mention Clinic prior to that and immediately I started to shake because I didn’t know why the hell I would’ve tested negative from Methadone and I said “listen even if I wanted to cheek my dose head out doors and spit it out or puke it out in the car it will still be in my system so there’s absolutely no way that I could test negative for Methadone” he slammed his fist on the table and he said “that’s total bullshit do you wanna come clean with me about this?” and I looked at him and I just started crying and I said “can I please just see the test results can I see my paperwork?” He was really reluctant but in the end he knew that he would have to show it to me so he slid it forward and the test said NA which means non-applicable not negative “. immediately I quit crying and started to giggle and he said “do you wanna tell me what so funny I said well Methadone metabolite text tests are considerably more expensive than just a regular standard cheek 5 panel I said you didn’t order the test it’s not that I tested negative and NA is not applicable you didn’t order it his face got really really red and I just stood up and I said this is over and you are going to close my file and I need to call from your supervisor as soon as possible I went all Karen on his ass! The sup/manager called me two hours later and close the case altogether that man was about ready to remove my kid destroy my life over his mistake be educated folks!
