Linzess questions

My friend is on 80mg and has been for over 2 years.
She has problems with constipation so her doctor put her on Linzess. She said it worked but it made her feel like she was getting withdrawal symptoms.
Does anyone have any recommendations for how she should take it to help this? Before dosing or after? Time of day, etc?
Appreciate any help!
