Is it safe to take mirtazapine with methadone I'm on a 40 mg dose I've been on methadone for 12 years but there is rewardings about serotonin's syndrome if you take them together but that's the college says it's okay has anybody had any experience with this as I'm very depressed and have been holding back for months to take it and I think I'm going to break down if I don't take something . I don't want an SSRI because they cost sexual side effects and make the feel bad and weird ways so he said this is a better type but I've read so many stories about people having bad side effects like Heart qt issues . Do you think my small dose of methadone would be okay thoughts comments are welcome anything to help thank you guys?
