So it finally happened. I stepped on the scale at my Dr’s office a couple days ago and I gained bout 15 lbs since I started the Methadone in the beginning of October! Smh.. 🤦♀️ I’m just lucky that I was thin to begin with otherwise I would have been totally flipping out!
So are the rumors true then? I mean ppl could put on weight from multiple different reasons, so idk? Just wondering if u think it was most likely from the Methadone or not?! Thanks ahead❣️
Did the clinic doctor give it to all of you? Do you know how much the girls are on or if they have any weird side effects??
Mine leveled out after the first year but that’s a long time
Wow! I’ve been on about a year and a half, have gone from 140 to 104 as of today. So weight gain has stopped but weight loss remains elusive, though I even have been running 3 miles most days the past six months or more, and lately have made my diet Far better. Energy is okay and skin actually looks great, but the weight thing is the main one <\3. Did your friend change her habits do you know or just started taking the T? (Is this considered a drastic measure?) thanks so much for responding!!

Do it now and not a year from now- I’ve been jogging or walking 3 miles every day after gaining weight on methadone and it is SO much harder to lose, I’m just taking my dose down now to help make it even possible. But find an exercise you can tolerate or better yet enjoy!
