HELP!!!

I've been smoking 3 to 4 fetty pills a day and I went to the methadone clinic last week and did everything but they ran out of time to dose me and I haven't been back since.

I'm trying to get the courage up to go again tomorrow morning. But I'm terrified that it won't be enough to stabilize me and I'll be sick and I have to be out of town at a wedding this weekend and I can't be sick for that , but i'm so tired of using.

Does anyone know if 50 milligrams is a good dose to start with cause that's what they said they will give me??

What can I expect? Any advice? I'm terrified but so ready mentally just worried about the physical.
