United Healthcare and clinic

I have United Healthcare through my employer for some reason the clinic has told me multiple times the UHC won't approve methadone clinics. That's ridiculous they say they cover MAT I know they cover suboxone 100% because I was on it for years they paid for the Dr visits and meds. Has anyone else had this issue and maybe resolved it some how?
