Hey there my methadonians! I currently dose at 200mg and was dreading the possibility of gaining weight. I was at 130 when I started dosing in June 2019 and got all the way to 171. I was doing a lot of snacking and junk food but when I lost most of my top teeth that kinda limited what I could eat but even then still doing snacking and junk food just not as much of the crunchy stuff. I was craving food and eating out of boredom and just felt HUNGRY and didn't feel full. Then I decided to start drinking Breakfast Essentials, the stuff they sell in the breakfast aisle and that did it. After drinking one bottle or cardboard bottle not sure what to call it, and I felt FULL, had no desire to eat breakfast on top of it. In fact I tried to eat on top of it one day and felt like I was going to explode and got so full I got the itis. Since then I drink one in the morning and didn't get hungry until about 6 p.m., now I know most people don't have the type of diet like me but I'm down to about 151 and I now I've been getting hungry about 3 or 4 p.m. but I was able to quit the junk eating at least in the morning. I never drink water but I have started try at least drinking water once a day but that shit helped a lot of my morning hunger and felt should share that with others that have have the same problem I do.
