Anyone switched from methadone to subs then after a few months went back to methadone bc it wasn't enough?
Post Body

Anyone tried to give subs a shot after being on methadone for years, then got stable or tried to get stable on the subs for several months taking as recommended but switched back to methadone bc the subs weren't enough to feel normal?

I'm planning to do Bernese to subs in the fall after being on methadone for 3 years. I'm worried I won't be fulfilled or complete on subs. What if I mess my levels up leaving to start subs and take the shot but I have to go back to methadone? That really makes me nervous.

I heard an awful story today about a clinic refusing takehomes bc someone was on sublocade shot prior and they relapsed so they went back to the clinic but the clinic wouldn't phase up for the 18 months you test positive for Bupe!!! What bullshit especially if it is a legal Rx the clinic knows about, but I totally believe this of our clinic system in the US!
