Feeling worse after dosing every morning. 95MG

I've been off fent for several weeks. Every morning after I dose I feel tired and almost slightly sick. I really don't understand why. The first couple days were rough but I bought methadone pills to supplement and was fine after I jumped off the extra dose for a few days. I felt great for about 2 weeks not anymore!????
