help! i know its been asked a million times but ua n 5 days been using daily for years

been using daily for years bout an 8ball a week. do i stand any chance at passing? i used this morning found out i have a test got it postponed til tuesday(hopefully) will be lab tested and i will be closely watched. i know drinking acidic drinks and taking baking soda before test helps. if i go get prescribed weight loss pills today would it help hide it or just make it worse? any detox drinks work? need advice
