Stupidly drank some.....

Hey guys im new to reddit and just trying this out. Im bored AF at work right now so I decided to try and make a makeshift bong to smoke. Lmao, I failed miserably and got water inside the pipe and ruining the bowl and cleaning out the pipe. But heres the stupid part. I drank the water withouth thinking that all the resin is now in there and drank the water and it tasted all chemically. Is this bad? I feel like im now getting super uncomfortably high... what can I do? Just ride it out?
