Blue Rhino Pill and Meth

I know this might not be the right sub but the other on is making me request to join.vI took a blue rhino pill and some meth for some pnp but now im freaking out and I need advice. I feel dizzy and I have shortness of breath. I took 400mg of ibuprofen but idk if that'll work or if it's kicked in yet. (And I didn't even get hard lo) Any advice?
