Ticket barcode?

I’m wanting to redeem the downloads from my tickets when they come available. I usually just buy it, but hey, it’s included this time.
However, my digital tickets don’t have a barcode/QR code now that the event has passed, so I’m not sure what numbers and stuff I should be entering to get this all set up. Anyone figured that out so far?
