For me it started with Metallica , they were all I listened to for like 3 months . If you wanna start expanding though Iād recommend starting with stuff like Pantera , Megadeth , or Static-X

I kinda thought you were listing your favorite bands because of just how damn good all those bands are . Goijira and Sepultra in specific are 2 of my favorite bands of all time . But both have very complex heavy sounds that may sound like noise to the untrained ear.
