What is "The Noise Presents" Amon Amarth?

So I just heard that Amon Amarth is going on tour and am thinking about getting tickets to their show at the Fillmore in Silver Spring, MD in April. The concert is called "The Noise Presents Amon Amarth" and also has Entombed AD and Exmortus. So what does "The Noise Presents" mean? A google search wasn't much help but it seems that concert title has been used for other bands such as "The Noise Presents Cannibal Corpse". Maybe it is a LiveNation thing? I would like to know before I buy any tickets
