Question about Neurosis - Souls At Zero CD reissue

I'm thinking about picking up the Neurosis - Souls At Zero CD reissue that is currently available. I'm getting it mainly as a collectable as I already have the songs in digital format. I can't find any good pictures, but a few descriptions says it comes in a type of slipcase. Can anyone confirm or provide a couple quick shots of how it's packaged and what's included?
