Need help with AMVR nose piece to the frame installation for my Meta-Quest 3

I cannot for the life of me attach the nose piece to the frame! I have large hands so attaching the silicon tabs to those tiny post is very challenging to me. I'm hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction.
