Sunlight protection?

I I write this in... contiunation to a post by someone else. Just to be clear, I always use my VR indoors. what I was not aware of however is that so much as facing the window when using the VR headset is a potential risk for the device.
Luckily, so far it had not been damaged. But I would certainly like to find a means of protecting it. Anysuggestions?
