Hi guys,
So, over the last few weeks, I've been exploring a range of different metal genres and finding what I like and dislike. Meshuggah are a band that I keep coming back to, and I find them fascinating from multiple perspectives e.g. musicality, depth of the lyrics. However, something that I consistently struggle with is (i) knowing which songs are which, and being able to distinguish between them and (ii) learning/understanding the lyrics to a song. Big fan of singing along, but it's really hard with Meshuggah! Any advice?
Whate steps did you take to pass that final barrier of really loving them?
Thanks all!
