Mark V 90 Head: Channel 3 Issues

I bought the head used and it has a couple of issues. Channel 1 &2 appear to be fine. The footswitch doesn’t control the FX loop, but it works when using the dial for everything but the footswitch position.
My main concern is channel 3 has very little gain. Less than channel 2. I haven’t tried to troubleshoot the problem yet, but have read about other people having a similar issue. Any thoughts?
