Are all the new decorations pay only?

Hi all. I’m looking at the October Mystery and the only decorations I see are on the paid side. Am I missing something? This is getting ridiculous as that’s one of the main reasons I play now. And this isn’t the first time either.
EDIT: I was just reminded that what I’m talking about is around the front gate area. I was still hoping for Halloween decorations for there.
