I’ve been losing more often than not as mercy at 34% win rate. I was in platinum 1 from maining zenyatta, but I really like mercy except I went down to gold from all my losses playing her.

I checked tips on here and stopped heal botting and focused on keeping my damage boost around 60 %, hiding behind things as much as possible, only rezzing when i likely won’t die, and generally focusing on staying alive more than anything.

As I result, I started winning again at something like 60%! This sub is so helpful with all the mercy advice! Ty! Mercy is so much more fun when focusing on damage boosting too!
