For example ares staff. My normal woodwork level is 50 and prestiged woodwork is 30. So to get the higher stats is it better to make a high level high suffix s rank staff and then prestige it or just to craft it prestiged from the beginning? If you dont know can anyone think of a process by which to test it?
Edit: question has been answered well. Thank you to everyone. For everyone who wants an answer without needing to read all the comments I'll make it here briefly.
Suffixes and prefixes are kept upon prestiging an already made item. So the damage output should increase respectively at the same rate however the little 'sub-stats' aren't guaranteed to increase at the same rate. Such as a thief knifes luck. Can go from luck 4 to luck 6/7 or 8 but I will carry on testing this because I need thiefs knives anyway. Tomorrow I will test on t3 items.
