Crafted a negative amount of runes (making emeralds), gained a bunch of money but the crafter had negative experience. Didn't have enough money to change it all back and after restarting the app the game won't open

I sent an email a few days ago but haven't heard a response yet.

I made a negative amount of the green runes when I first unlocked the enchanter. Doing that gave me a lot of gold and emeralds but also a ton of negative experience on my enchanter. I then tried to undo making all of those emeralds to make the experience positive, but I didn't have enough gold (I was a few hundred short).

I closed the app and when I tried opening it later, I get an error message that has me email some game files to Merchant support. I just figured other people might test the same thing and end up in the same, unplayable place I'm at.
