Refunded for delayed order- where to go from here?

Post Body

Today i got a email saying ive been refunded for my order. Its been shipped , but never arrived to the destination , as tracking says its delayed (Which is kinda good it didnt go to the address written yet since ive been attempting to reroute it because I provided my old address by accident and since replaced it - first post here has more context on it) its been stuck in one place for awhile even before i sent a help request with usps , and was supposed to come the 8th I believe.

What I want to know is - Did the seller still get paid , or not? ( isnt their fault the package got stuck in one area, it was already delayed and me trying to reroute couldve made it delay a bit more possibly? it would be unfair to not get anything)

If the package gets to me , will I have to send it back ? Can the seller request it be returned? Or is it since mercari refunded , the seller cant do anything and has no options?

Will I end up with a bad review for this?

If it gets sent to the listed address instead, would it be good to have the person still at the address retrn to sender? And if they did still get paid , can I ask them to send to a new address? (I do want the package but wont be able to work out a way to get the package myself if it lands there , see first post )
