I sold and mailed an item the same day on 2/6. USPS has the package marked "in transit" ever since. I called USPS and they started a Research Case, but called me and told me they can't locate the package. I reached out to Mercari support and they told me to wait until 3/7 to follow upi reached out to support on 3/7 and they told me to wait until 3pm PST to reach out. Like those 6 hours will make all the differencei reached out at 4pm PST and they have not gotten back to me. I live in NJ. I tried calling their help line, but it says that number is unavailable for my region. What should I do next? It's frustrating and I feel bad for the buyer. I have kept her updated along the way and I'm blessed that she's very patient and understanding.
